Process: Adding an online attribute
- Sign into your Google My Business account.
- Navigate to the Info tab.
- Click on the Highlights section (it might be called Attributes).
- Under Service Options – select the relevant attribute.

- Sign into your Google My Business account.
- Make sure you’re on the Home tab.
- Find the Stay connected during COVID-19 box.
- Click Update online appointments (the text may be different in your account).
