If you have an online offer – like remote services, appointments, or classes – Google My Business has a feature that will help.

Adding online offers to your listing can help boost your visibility for specific searches.

Process: Adding an online attribute

  • Sign into your Google My Business account.
  • Navigate to the Info tab.
  • Click on the Highlights section (it might be called Attributes).
  • Under Service Options – select the relevant attribute.

Process: Adding a booking URL

  • Sign into your Google My Business account.
  • Make sure you’re on the Home tab.
  • Find the Stay connected during COVID-19 box.
  • Click Update online appointments (the text may be different in your account).
  • Check the box next to the online offers you provide.
  • Enter the URL where customers can sign up.
